Welcome! As Jesus’ followers, we open ourselves to God’s presence within us. Come and be present for church school!
We are planning the December 7 Christmas pageant and hope that all children and youth will sign up for a role. We look forward to being together as we learn about God, build community, and serve others.
Here is our schedule for November 2025.
- Sunday, November 2, 10:00 a.m., Children and youth begin in church school to make sandwiches for adults who are homeless at the Community Day Center of Waltham. We return to the sanctuary for communion with our families.
- Sunday, November 9, 10:00 a.m., We begin in worship and then gather for church school. We will read various passages from the Bible about attitude. Do we complain a lot, or are we thankful, generous, and helpful most of the time? How do we make every day a day of Thanksgiving?
- Sunday, November 16, 10:00 am., We begin in worship and then gather for church school. What is usually on your plate on Thanksgiving? We will experience how an “empty plate” tells a different story. What can we do for those who don’t have all that we have during this holiday? Please bring in canned goods to share!
- Sunday, November 23, 10:00 am., Children and youth will make pumpkin pies for our hungry neighbors who are supported by the Brighton Allston Congregational Church, UCC. We need a group of people to help in the kitchen with the pie making during worship. Please contact us if you can help.
- Sunday, November 30, 10:00 a.m., We begin in worship and then gather for church school. Come select your costume and practice your lines for the pageant. Rehearsal: Saturday, December 6, 9:30-11:30 a.m. Pageant: Sunday, December 7, 10:00 a.m. Arrive at church by 9:20 a.m. to put on your costume!
