Do you love to sing–or think you might with encouragement? Try your hand at singing choral music!
If you want to try out the Newton Highlands Congregational Church (NHCC) choir but don’t have time to sing every week, join us during spring 2025 in the NHCC Community Choir. Come to one, two, or three sessions–whatever works with your schedule.
The group will rehearse for an hour on a Thursday evening and then warm up and sing with the choir that Sunday morning.
Music Director Jan Zimmerman will provide the music and practice tracks so singers can prepare and feel confident.
The spring dates are as follows:
Session 1
- Thursday, March 27, 7:00 p.m. (rehearsal)
- Sunday, March 30, 9:00 a.m. (rehearsal/service)
Session 2
- Thursday, May 8, 7:00 p.m. (rehearsal)
- Sunday, May 11, 9:00 a.m. (rehearsal/service)
Session 3
- Thursday, June 5, 7:00 p.m. (rehearsal)
- Sunday, June 8, 9:00 a.m. (rehearsal/service)
