Do you love to sing–or think you might with encouragement? Try your hand at singing choral music!
If you don’t have time to sing every week but want to try out the Newton Highlands Congregational Church, UCC, choir, join us during fall 2025 in the NHCC Community Choir. Come to one, two, or three sessions–whatever works with your schedule.
The group will rehearse for an hour on a Thursday evening and then warm up and sing with the choir that Sunday morning.
Music Director Jan Zimmerman will provide the music and practice tracks so singers can prepare and feel confident.
The fall dates are as follows:
Session 1
- Thursday, September 25, 7:00 p.m. (rehearsal)
- Sunday, September 28, 9:00 a.m. (rehearsal/service)
Session 2
- Thursday, October 23, 7:00 p.m. (rehearsal)
- Sunday, October 26, 9:00 a.m. (rehearsal/service)
Session 3
- Thursday, November 13, 7:00 p.m. (rehearsal)
- Sunday, November 16, 9:00 a.m. (rehearsal/service)
