NHCC has a 75 year long tradition of sharing leadership
of worship each summer. We welcome a diverse group of clergy,
lay leaders, and musicians. The Rev. Linda Hartley will
visit us each month. Our staff colleagues come in and out,
and parish members guide three services– as well as a special
visit from Norumbega Harmony. On Sunday, August 6th, the four churches
led by UCC clergy gather here, celebrating communion,
this year led by the Rev. Dr. Nancy Taylor, along with Ken Baily.
You are welcome every season of the year, in every type of worship.
Our worship is “masks optional.” We continue to be careful,
and our leaders are vaccinated.
We now pass plates for our offering. Meanwhile, you are welcome to
use our website for any offerings; and thank you.
NHCC is an Open and Affirming, Still Speaking congregation
where all are welcome regardless of the divisions or separations
that some in society would impose: whoever you are, you are
welcome in God’s house. “In Christ we are a new creation,”
so we are blessed to be together in Christ’s name.
Would you like to learn more about membership at NHCC?
Contact Ken Baily or any Deacon (readers and welcomers).
Thanks to worship leaders Linda Hartley, Yevgenia Semeina,
Isabelle Draper, and Misha Hill.
