The Mission Committee and Council voted to supplement this year’s Christmas offering by $1000 in order to make up for the shortfall in collections at the Christmas Eve services.
With this additional amount, NHCC was able to split $1,590 between City Mission Society and the United Church of Christ’s Christmas Fund for retired pastors; these are the two customary recipients of NHCC’s Christmas offering.
