Keyling, 2025 graduate of the Free High School
Donations from Newton Highlands Congregational Church, UCC (NHCC), are helping students at the Free High School of San Juan del Sur in Nicaragua earn their diploma, even if their education has been interrupted.
“My dream–to get a stable job and demonstrate to my family that it is never too late to struggle for what you want–is being realized,” stated Keyling, a 2025 graduate.
The Free High School is in its twenty-fourth year, with 476 students, 245 of whom are girls or women.
Through its Mission Committee, NHCC traditionally donates $1,000 annually to the Free High School.
