May your struggles keep you near the cross

And may your troubles show that you need God

And may your battles end the way they should

And may your bad days prove that God is good

And may your whole life prove that God is good

Worshippers on January 9, 2022, enjoyed a sermon by the Reverend June Cooper about showing compassion in tough times, and musical leadership from professional musicians and power couple Myran and Kenneth Brass. Musical selections included “Holy, Holy, Holy,” “Oh How I Love Jesus,” and “God Is Good.”

These long-time collaborators will return to lead worship on Sunday, January 16.
