Children who participate in the Christian Education program at Newton Highlands Congregational Church will be hosting a mission-focused lemonade stand each week after worship in April 2024.
Proceeds from the Love-Thy-Neighbor Lemonade Stand will be split among three organizations the church school children have selected, as follows:
- Community Day Center of Waltham: Provides support and services for people facing homelessness in Metrowest Boston.
- The Cat Connection: Rescues unwanted cats and facilitates their adoption into responsible permanent homes.
- Horizons for Homeless Children: Provides high-quality early education, vital opportunities for play, support for parents, and crucial advocacy for homeless children and their families.
Please help us serve others by giving generously during fellowship time on April 7, 14, 21, and 28!
