Do you love to sing–or think you might with encouragement? Try your hand at singing choral music!
If you want to try out the Newton Highlands Congregational Church (NHCC) Senior Choir but don’t have time to sing every week, join us during spring 2024 in the NHCC Community Choir. Come to one, two, or three sessions–whatever works with your schedule.
The group will rehearse for an hour on a Thursday evening and then warm up and sing with the Senior Choir that Sunday morning.
Music Director Jan Zimmerman will provide the music and practice tracks so singers can prepare and feel confident.
The spring dates are as follows:
Session 1
- Thursday, March 21, 7:00 p.m. (rehearsal)
- Sunday, March 24, 9:00 a.m. (rehearsal/service)
Session 2
- Thursday, April 25, 7:00 p.m. (rehearsal)
- Sunday, April 28, 9:00 a.m. (rehearsal/service)
Session 3
- Thursday, May 30, 7:00 p.m. (rehearsal)
- Sunday, June 2, 9:00 a.m. (rehearsal/service)
