St. Patrick’s life discussed in March 17 message

Anyone who loves their life will lose it, while anyone who hates their life in this world will keep it for eternal life. Whoever serves me must follow me; and where I am, my servant also will be. My Father will honor the one who serves me.

John 12: 25-26

In his meditation on Sunday, March 17, 2024, the Reverend Ken Baily spoke about the life of St. Patrick, who went from being a slave to a bishop to a saint. “We are bonded to divinity, and we have work to do to get ready,” he said.

During the children’s portion of the worship service, Director of Christian Education Wendy Donnell, assisted by member Les Barnstone, showed the children seated on the chancel steps a seder plate and explained the meaning of the items.
