Carol Hausner
Long-time member Carol Hausner led worship at Newton Highlands Congregational Church for approximately the fifth time on Sunday, July 30, 2023, sharing some of her thoughts about prayer.
Ms. Hausner spoke about Stephen Covey’s model distinguishing one’s Circle of Concern from one’s Circle of Influence, and explained that she prays about things she cannot directly control, trusting in God for the rest. She also shared some of her personal guidelines for prayer.
